Unfortunately no. We realize that there is no end in competing to be the cheapest. Instead we focus more on giving the best quality service to our guests according to our price range and market segment.

Does We Travel have VISA service for Schengen?

Unfortunately no, since we are based in the Netherlands, we do not offer services regarding VISA application because VISA application needs to be done in your home country before arriving in Europe.

Is it possible to start / finish our trip outside Netherlands?

Yes you can 😃. Even though we are based in Amsterdam, many of our clients do in fact starts / finish their trip in locations such as Paris, Zurich or Milan.

But keep in mind that you will be subject to travel fee since our guide of course needs to depart from and go back to Amsterdam. More information about our travel fee can be explained by our customer service via Whatsapp.

Max working hours for the guide is 10 hours / day, can I pay for extension?

No, unfortunately we do not accept extension on top of the 10 working hours / day because your guide has to drive the vehicle as well.

Safety of our clients are our priority,

And no amount of money is worth the risk of getting accidents.

Can I change the activity or destination during the trip?

Of course! Let’s say during your trip with us in your itinerary is written that tomorrow’s activity is sightseeing, but you feel like to go shopping instead.

Just tell the guide, and we will happily adjust the activity according to your wish as long as the changes are doable and logical.

Who creates / decides the itinerary?

Both We Travel and the guests create the itinerary together. Because we want our client to only visit places they wish to go.

Unlike any other tour operator, with us you don’t need to worry at all. We won’t take you randomly to tourist traps such as diamond store or overpriced souvenir shops.

Everything in the itinerary is decided together by our guests and us.
